Day 34: Success #3

I can stand on my left foot for two seconds!

This is huge because it means that the outside edge of my foot is tensing up again which keeps me from falling. Well, for 2 seconds and then I grab onto something so I wont fall.  But still, two whole seconds!

For the past two years I’ve been unable to tense that part of my body at all. Any time I tried to stand on that foot, as soon as I veered left, my foot would give out completely.

Foot tension leads to better balance which means more yoga, better walking and cute shoes with heels again!

So let me say it one more time.  I can stand on my left foot for two seconds!

Hey MS. That’s right. I’m talking to you. I got one question for you…

Can you deal with that?
